The “Celebrating the Designated Driver” campaign honored those who responsibly chose to drive friends and family home from the festival. The initiative aligned with Europcar’s and Heartland’s shared values of safety and responsibility.
We supported the campaign by creating the video and static materials, building the visual universe, and ensuring strong communication. We also provided coverage from the festival to capture its impact.
Europcar wanted a campaign that engaged Heartland’s audience while promoting safety and reinforcing their brand as a responsible transport partner. The goal was to raise awareness, encourage safe behavior, and position Europcar as a trusted festival partner.
We helped execute the “Celebrating the Designated Driver” campaign, which included breathalyzer stations at parking lots and a lounge area with competitions where guests could win prizes for staying under the legal alcohol limit. The campaign successfully promoted responsible behavior and highlighted Europcar’s values.
The campaign generated significant buzz, receiving coverage from TV2 Fyn and DR’s TV-Avisen. It enhanced Europcar’s visibility as a safety-first brand while encouraging positive behavior among festival-goers.
